StoryTeller
The StoryTeller is the most budget friendly package we offer and is designed to keep the cost low, while still capturing the important facts and attributes of the client. Through data analytics, we know what questions are most asked when people interact with a Legasee Video so we have designed StoryTeller to focus on these key 50 questions!
The StoryTeller packages does not require a pre-interview, as the 50 question script is already built and ready for the interview! The client will receive the script 1 week before the interview so they have plenty of time to think through their answers. On the interview day, our Master Interviewer will walk through the exact script that the client has already seen and will guide the client through the whole process. On average, the StoryTeller package takes around 2 hours to complete once the interviewer begins, including breaks and “redos” if needed. If you are interested in a Legasee Video but efficiency and price are the most important factors for you, then the StoryTeller package is a great option!
StoryTeller+
The StoryTeller+ includes the 50 questions from the StoryTeller package but doesn’t stop there! On top of these 50 questions that focus on personal facts, important events, and attributes of an individual, there are 25 custom questions. These custom questions are created uniquely for the client and pull out the parts of his/her life that have had the most significant impact. Perhaps it’s their family, their career, their faith, etc. These questions can either be directly created by the client and their family/friends, or we can create these after getting to know the client during our pre-interview. Either way, the StoryTeller+ package goes beyond just the facts! Designed to capture the memories and opinions of the client in their own words, this package enables one to remember the past in a way that a photo album never could!
On average, the StoryTeller+ package takes around 3 hours to complete once the interview begins, including several breaks and “redos” if needed. If you are interested in a Legasee Video but want the flexibility to create a few of your own questions to capture specific stories and memories, then the StoryTeller+ package might be a great option for you!
StoryTeller Gold
The StoryTeller Gold is our most popular and all-inclusive package. This package is designed to be all about the client. We still include 25 standard questions that highlight personal facts (the basics) about the client but we then offer 75 custom questions! This package is really designed to dive deeper into the client’s life and more fully understand that person in a way that can only happen by hearing them tell their story.
This process starts with a 1-2 hour pre-interview (very informal and not filmed). This pre-interview may include just the client, or a few family members and friends. The goal of this pre-interview is to answer one main question…who are you and what areas of your life are most important to you? Following this pre-interview, our team will create 75 custom questions based on the topics we discussed during our time together with you. Some of these questions will be fairly specific (ie. when and where were you born), but most of these questions are designed as open ended questions that enable the client to tell a story in their own way, taking the answer in whichever direction they choose (ie. If I were to walk into your childhood home, what would I see, smell, experience…?).
On average, the StoryTeller Gold package takes around 4 hours to complete once the interview begins. During this time, we will take many breaks, eat some snacks/lunch, and enjoy hearing about your life story! If you are interested in a Legasee Video and the most important aspect to you is capturing the full, authentic story of the client in a way that you can engage and interact with for years to come, then the StoryTeller Gold is the package for you!
